Abstract
"MÉTODO DE ESTERILIZAÇÃO". Um método para esterilizar objetos assim como os objetos esterilizados obtidos a partir do método são divulgados. O método envolve contatar um objeto tal como um dispositivo médico a ser reutilizado com o dendrimer policatiônico sob condições que resultem na conversão de uma proteína conformacionalmente alterada ( por exemplo, um prion ) não infecciosa. Um agente de desinfecção ou composição de limpeza cirúrgica que compreende os "dendrímeres" é também divulgado as are as cápsulas de gelatina tratadas com os dendrímeres policatiônicos.
