Abstract
"FORMAS POLIMÓRFICAS DE UM AGENTE ANTIDIABÉTICO: PROCESSO PARA SEU PREPARO E COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS CONTENDO O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a novas formas polimórficas/pseudopolimórficas de sal de arginina de ácido 3-[4-[2-(fenoxazin-10-il)etóxi]fenil]-2-etoxipropanóico, tendo a fórmula (I). A invenção também retere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo a nova forma polimórfica ou sua mistura e um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável. As formas polimórficas da presente invenção são mais ativas, como agente antidiabético e hipolipidêmico, do que o novo ácido 3-[4-[2-(fenoxazin-10-il)etóxi]fenil]-2-etoxipropanóico.
