Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS PARA O PROLONGAMENTO DO TEMPO DE VIDA". A inibição específica da cinase de EF-2 resulta no prolongamento significante do tempo de vida sem quaisquer efeitos prejudiciais no comportamento, desenvolvimento e reprodução. Além disso, a inibição desta enzima diminui a taxa de envelhecimento e resulta em um aumento de mais de duas vezes no período sexualmente ativo do tempo de vida. A inibição da atividade da enzima resulta na mudança de proteína geral menor, o que é positivamente relacionado à diminuição na taxa de envelhecimento e aumento no tempo de vida.
