Abstract
"INIBIDORES DE NEURAMINIDASE". A presente invenção providencia compostos de fórmula (I) ou seus sais, prodrogas, ou ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, úteis na inibição de enzimas neuraminidase oriundas de microorganismos causadores de doença, especialmente neuraminidase de gripe, formulações farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos, processos e intermediários para preparar tais compostos, bem como métodos de utilização desses compostos, incluindo a prevenção e tratamento de doenças ocasionadas por microorganismos com a referida enzima neuraminidase.
