A presente invenção se refere a um sistema terapêutico de ministração transdérmica tendo uma camada base, pelo menos uma camada de minério contendo nicotina, que pode ter prioridades sensíveis a pressão, assim como uma camada de proteção removível que é caracterizada pelo conteúdo de pelo menos um óleo essencial extraído de uma espécie mentolada, ou pelo menos uma acetona monoterpeno contida nesses óleos essenciais.
