Um novo sistema de indicador biológico para detectar a eficácia de um tratamento de esterilização e métodos para avaliar a viabilidade do elou mudanças nos esporos bacterianos expostos a um método de esterilização ou desinfeção através de dispersão de luz de multiângulo desse modo detectando uma mudança nos esporos como indicadora da viabilidade do esporo e da eficácia do método de esterilização ou desinfeção.
