Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE ÁCIDO CARBOXÍLICO QUE INIBEM A LIGAÇÃO DE INTEGRINAS PARA SEUS RECEPTORES". Trata-se de um método para a inibição da ligação de integrina ~ 4~ para seus receptores, por exemplo, VCAM-1 (molécula de adesão celular vascular - 1) , e fibronectina; compostos que inibem esta ligação, composições farmaceuticamente ativas, compreendendo estes compostos, e ao uso destes compostos seja como acima, ou em formulações para o controle ou prevenção de estados doentios em que ~ 4~ está envolvido.
