Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PRESERVAÇÃO DE VÍRUS E MICOPLASMA". Um material biologicamente ativo compreendendo um vírus vivo ou micoplasma é preservado através de um processo de dessecação, sem liofilização, em uma matriz de trealose vítrea tendo um teor de umidade residual não maior que 2%. O processo compreende dois estágios de secagem à vácuo. Em um tempo de ciclo muito menor que um processo de secagem de congelamento típico um vírus ou micoplasma pode ser preservado para prover um material que pode ser reidratado para render uma vacina tendo potência.
