Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA DE DOSAGEM UNITÁRIA E SEU USO". A presente invenção se relaciona com inibidores altamente específicos da enzima fosfodiesterase (PDE) e ao seu uso em artigos farmacêuticos de fabricação. Em particular, a presente invenção se relaciona com inibidores potentes de fosfodiesterase guanosina 3', 5'-monofosfato cíclica específica tipo 5 (PDE5) que, quando incorporados em um produto farmacêutico em cerca de 1 a cerca de 20 mg de dosagem unitária, são úteis para o tratamento de disfunção sexual.
