Composições compreendendo um ou vários polímeros de olefina funcionalizados por pelo menos um agente de funcionalização escolhido dentre os ácidos carboxílicos, seus ésteres, seus anidridos e seus sais metálicos e um ou vários agentes estabilizantes compreendendo um ou vários grupamentos fenóis estereoquimicamente impedidos e pelo menos uma função éster. O processo para sua preparação e utilização das mesmas para compatibilizar os polímeros de olefina com os polímeros, materiais de carga e substratos metálicos que são incompatíveis com os polímeros de olefina.
