Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE DERIVAÇÃO E USO DO MESMO". Dispositivos de derivação e uso do dispositivo para descomprimir, de forma contínua, a pressão intra-ocular elevada em olhos afetados por glaucoma pelo desvio do excesso de humor aquoso da câmara anterior do olho para o canal de Schlemm, onde a permeabilidade pós-operatória pode ser mantida com um dispositivo de derivação instalado que conecta cirurgicamente o canal com a câmara anterior. Os dispositivos de derivação fornecem um fluxo uni ou bidirecional de humor aquoso no canal de Schlemm.
