Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA MELHORAR A MIGRAÇÃO E INVASÃO DE MIOBLASTOS NO CONTEXTO DE TERAPIA GENÉTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova composição derivada empiricamente de citocinas e mioblastos, que possibilita a migração de mioblastos através de barreiras conectivas, e a método que empregam a composição na migração in vivo de mioblastos para fins terapêuticos e terapia genética, bem como a métodos para a identificação de agentes que são agonistas ou antagonistas à migração de mioblastos in vitro ou in vivo.
