Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÕES DE MICROESFERAS DE NALTREXONA INJETÁVEL E SEU USO NA REDUÇÃO DO CONSUMO DE HEROÍNA E ÁLCOOL". Uma formulação de naltrexona de lenta liberação injetável é provida, compreendendo naltrexona em uma matriz de poli (D,L-lactídeo) com uma quantidade pequena de acetato de etila residual. Quando da injeção intramuscular da composição, naltrexona é liberada em um modo controlado durante um período prolongado de tempo. A composição encontra uso no tratamento de adictos de heroína e alcoólatras para reduzir o consumo excessivo de substâncias nocivas.
