Abstract
"DECODIFICADOR MAP ALTAMENTE PARALELO". Um sinal codificado é decodificado usando-se decodificação a posteriori máxima (MAP - Maximum A Posteriori). Cada uma dentre várias máquinas MAP (104) decodifica uma correspondente porção (102) diferente de um frame (100) de estimativas de símbolos. A porção terminal (103) de cada porção é decodificada para um valor de inicialização (105) para a máquina MAP (104) adjunta. As seções resultantes (108) de decisões soft (ou hard) são emitidas para constituir um frame de decisão (106).
