A invenção se refere a uma válvula de aerossol, de alto volume, com uma haste de válvula de alto volume, atuando axialmente, tendo porções superior, intermediária e inferior (25, 26, 27). A porção intermediária (26) tem uma ranhura de selagem com gaxeta anular com quatro orifícios retangulares (16) tendo dimensões lado a lado versus topo a fundo em uma relação de ao menos aproximadamente três para um.
