Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ARTIGOS REVESTIDOS COM REVESTIMENTOS RESISTENTE À ABRASÃO, COMPOSIÇÕES DE REVESTIMENTO RESISTENTES A ABRASÃO, PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DAS MESMAS, E ARTIGOS REVESTIDOS COM AS MESMAS". Uma composição de revestimento inclui um revestimento base curado (12) de resina contendo poliuretano coberto por um revestimento superior curado (14) de uma resina contendo silício. A resina de revestimento superior é aplicada em um estado não-curado ao revestimento base, as duas resinas são a seguir aquecidas a pelo menos 60 C (140 F), e a seguir a resina de revestimento superior é curada para produzir a composição de revestimento. Uma superfície de metal limpa (11) é revestida com a composição de revestimento através de aplicação de resina de revestimento base não-curada (12) à superfície de metal (11), curando a resina de revestimento base, e a seguir aplicando o revestimento superior (14) como descrito acima.
