Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO SEMI-RÍGIDA DE CÉLULAS ABERTAS RETARDANTE DE CHAMA E ESPUMA". Um método para produzir uma espuma de poliuretano semi-rígida de baixa densidade e células abertas adequada para uso como material de isolação térmica e/ou aplicações acústicas é divulgado. O método compreende um método para produzir uma espuma de poliuretano semi-rígida de células abertas e retardante de chama tendo uma densidade global de 5 a 30 kg/m^ 3^ reagindo (a) um poliisocianato e (b) um poliol tendo um peso molecular de 100 a 10.000, na presença de (c) uma quantidade efetiva de grafite esfoliante, (d) agente de sopro e (e) substâncias auxiliares adicionais opcionais para produção.
