Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ROLAMENTO COM MANCAL AUTO-LUBRIFICADO". Um rolo com um rolamento auto-lubrificante ou mancal (10) é formado pela moldagem de um inserto de suporte laminado (12) no lugar com um suporte ou membro de nylon (14). O rolamento (10) fornece um dispositivo auto-lubrificante, de peça única para substituir os conjuntos de rolamento de peças múltiplas convencionais os quais tipicamente incluem um membro de nylon que tem uma luva metálica integral acoplada giravelmente com um rolamento de agulhas ou de munhão. Uma modalidade da presente invenção inclui um rolamento (10') fabricado por montagem por pressão do inserto de suporte laminado (12) dentro de um membro (14') fabricado de um material metálico. Os rolos (10) e (10') da presente invenção tem diversas vantagens sobre a técnica anterior, incluindo uma concentricidade melhorada entre a camada de suporte de carga e o rolamento, tolerâncias mais justas e a eliminação de peças e de passos de montagem.
