Abstract
"PARTÍCULA GRANULAR, FORMA DE DOSAGEM, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA PARTÍCULA GRANULAR, MISTURA SECA, E, FORMULAÇÃO GRANULAR". Uma formulação de um agente farmaceuticamente ativo cristalino moderadamente solúvel em água em que o agente ativo é convertido e estabilizado na sua forma amorfa como uma solução sólida de um veículo normalmente hidrofóbico é descrita. O estado amorfo é estabilizado pela composição da formulação, fornecendo vida de prateleira longa da composição melhorada. Esta formulação estabilizada também fornece solubilidade e biodisponibilidade aumentada do agente ativo. As soluções do agente ativo são estabilizadas pela composição, evitando recristalização e precipitação da forma cristalina menos solúvel do agente ativo das soluções aquosas destes.
