A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica que compreende uma quantidade eficaz de um composto escolhido entre os compostos das fórmulas (I) e (II) nas quais R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~ e R~ 6~ são tais como definidos na reivindicação 1. Esses compostos possuem propriedades citotóxicas interessantes que levam a uma aplicação terapêutica como medicamentos antitumorais.
