Abstract
"UTILIZAÇÃO DE UMA FRAÇÃO DE MEMBRANA DE BACTÉRIAS GRAM NEGATIVAS E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". A presente invenção tem por objeto a utilização de uma fração de membrana de bactérias gram negativas, notadamente de Klebsiella pneumoniae, para a preparação de uma composição farmacêutica imunoestimulante e/ou capaz de induzir uma resposta imune antitumoral, destinada particularmente ao tratamento e à prevenção de cânceres. A invenção compreende, por outro lado, processos de preparação de referidas frações de membranas assim como composições farmacêuticas contendo as mesmas, notadamente associadas a compostos anticancerosos.
