Patente de Invenção: "CLORETO DE N-[2-HIDRÓXI-3-(1-PIPERIDINIL)PROPÓXI]PIRIDINA-1-ÓXIDO-3-CARBOXIMIDOÍLA E SEU USO NO TRATAMENTO DE RESISTÊNCIA À INSULINA". A invenção refere-se a cloreto de N-[2-hidróxi-3-(1-piperidinila)propóxi]-piridina-1-óxido-3-carboximidoíla, seus estereoisômeros e a sais de adição ácidos destes, composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos, o uso destes compostos no tratamento de resistência à insulina patológica, e para o tratamento de condições patológicas associadas com isto, para o tratamento de resistência à insulina patológica, e o tratamento de condições patológicas associadas com isto, por tratamento e prevenção simultâneos de complicações crônicas induzidas por diabetes, especialmente retinopatia, neuropatia e nefropatia e/ou com o aumento simultâneo da neurorregeneração periférica patologicamente diminuída causada por diabetes e métodos de tratamento.
