Confeito gelado não-aerado em forma de peças finas, distintas, não-suportadas, que são estáveis durante a embalagem, o armazenamento e a distribuição, sendo que o confeito gelado compreende uma proteína anti-congelamento e apresenta as seguintes propriedades mecânicas: módulo /módulo original 0,4; e/ou resistência /resistência original 0,4; proporcionando que quando módulo /módulo original 0,6, módulo 50 MPa, e/ou quando resistência /resistência onginal 0,2, resistência 0,2 MPa.
