Abstract
"UTILIZAÇÃO DE UMA PROTEÍNA OmpA DE ENTEROBACTÉRIA OU DE UM DE SEUS FRAGMENTOS, E, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". A invenção refere-se à utilização de uma proteína de membrana OmpA de enterobactéria, notadamente de Klebsiella pneumoniae, associada a um antígeno ou um hapteno, para a preparação de uma composição farmacêutica destinada a gerar ou melhorar uma resposta T citotóxica dirigida contra um agente infeccioso ou uma célula tumoral. A invenção compreende a utilização destes compostos para a prevenção e o tratamento de infecção ou de câncer, notadamente os cânceres associados a um antígeno tumoral como o melanoma, assim como as composições farmacêuticas compreendendo alguns destes compostos.
