Abstract
"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DO COMPOSTO OU DE SEU SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL". A invenção refere-se a derivados heterocíclicos, ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, de fórmula (1): em que: A é um anel monocíclico aromático de 5- ou 6-membros opcionalmente substituídos contendo 1, 2 ou 3 heteroátomos no anel selecionados de átomos de oxigênio, nitrogênio e enxofre; o qual possui propriedades anti-trombóticas e anti-coagulantes e são conseqüentemente úteis em processos de tratamento de humanos ou animais. A invenção também refere-se a processos para a preparação dos derivados heterocíclicos, a composições farmacêuticas contendo eles e a seu uso na fabricação de medicamentos para uso na produção de efeito anti-trombótico ou anticoagulante.
