Abstract
"INSTRUMENTO DE VARREDURA ELETRÔNICA DE CHAMADA À BASE DE FOTODIODO DE CARBONETO DE SILÍCIO". Um instrumento de varredura eletrônica de chama para realizar com ele uma discriminação de chama de queimador individual em geradores de vapor de queima de combustíveis fósseis múltiplos. O instrumento de varredura eletrônica de chama objeto é baseado no uso nele de um fotodiodo de carboneto de silício, que é operante para converte em fotocorrente, a luz ultravioleta que incide no fotodiodo de carboneto de silício, após passar por uma lente de focalização.
