Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A INSTALAÇÃO DE UM CÁRTER NO BLOCO DO MOTOR DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA, MOTOR DE COMBUSTÃO INTERNA, E JUNTAS DE FLANGE". Para a instalação de um cárter (10) no bloco do motor (30) de um motor de combustão interna , produz-se uma vedação entre o bloco do motor (30) e o cárter (10) por meio de uma composição enrijecível (20). No estado enrijecido, a adesão da composição (20) é suficientemente alta para fixar o cárter (10) no bloco do motor (30). A adesão deve ser de no mínimo 0,5 N/mm^ 2^, especialmente mais do que 0,8 N/mm^ 2^. A composição enrijecível (20) pode ser uma composição de silicone. o cárter (10) pode ser fixado, ao menos durante o enrijecimento da composição (20), ao bloco do motor (30) . Para este fim, a borda do cárter é construtivamente projetada, de modo que a união do cárter (10) ao bloco do motor (30) resulta em uma fixação independente.
