Abstract
"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA REGULAGEM ELÉTRICA DE RITMO CARDÍACOS". Sensoreamento atrial e estimulação como intervenção para fibrilação atrial. A presente invenção é relativa a um processo de desfibrilação atrial. Em uma variedade de protocolos, combinações variáveis de estimulação convencional e bifásica são aplicadas a níveis limiares e sublimiares. Em uma configuração preferencial, o dispositivo de estimulação eletrônico implantável da presente invenção inclui múltiplos eletrodos que têm capacidade de estimulação e sensoreamento. A pequena dimensão destes eletrodos permite inserção intravenosa no paciente.
