Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE SAPATO PALMILHADO E PONTEADO". Cola-se sobre a sola flor(01), um filete(02), de secção retangular, sobre o qual cola-se uma tira(03) de gorgurão, que fixa-se na sola. Fixa-se a sola flor(01) na forma e grampeia-se, com finos grampos(06), a borda do cabedal(05) e couraça no filete(02) com grampos finos dobrados na aba interna do calçado. Costura-se o filete(02) da sola flor(01) neste cabedal(05), juntamente com a borda(07) e corta-se as sobras e tira-se da forma, bem como as tachas de fixação. Põe-se a forma fixa e ajusta-se a sola flor(01) e põe-se junto a palmilha, e enfuste(09) e a sola externa, que terá um talho(08), por onde será costurada e colada a borda externa(07).
