Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS DE SEPARAÇÃO DE SANGUE USANDO UMA ESTAÇÃO DE BOMBEAMENTO DE FUNÇÕES MÚLTIPLAS PARA REALIZAR DIFERENTES TAREFAS DE PROCESSAMENTO EM LINHA" . Uma estação de bombeamento de funções múltiplas (PPN) realiza diferentes tarefas de processamento em linha. A estação de bombeamento pode ser operada em um modo para retirar sangue de um doador e pode, em um outro modo, ser operada para retornar sangue ao doador. A estação de bombeamento usada para retirar sangue de um doador também pode ser usada para realizar tarefas de processamento de sangue subseqüentes, tal como mistura de fluidos de processamento ou aditivos com o sangue, ou transferir um componente de sangue colhido para um recipiente de armazenamento, ou terminar o processamento de um componente de sangue colhido, por exemplo, por passagem por um filtro (200) para remover leucócitos.
