Objeto de magnésio ou suas ligas, cuja superfície apresenta total ou parcialmente uma camada de conversão, sendo que a camada de conversão apresenta MgO, Mn~ 2~O~ 3~ e MnO~ 2~, e também, pelo menos, um óxido do grupo constituido de vanádio, molibdênio e tungstênio; bem como um processo para a preparação de um objeto desse tipo e sua utilização.
