Patente de invenção de um dispositivo mecânico de flutuação e locomoção na água, de concepção simples, que funciona como salva-vidas e meio de locomoção para as pessoas que não sabem nadar ou que não têm muito habilidade para tal. É um dispositivo de flutuação, podendo ser tipo bóia circular, prancha, ou outro formato qualquer que melhor se adapte e se firme ao corpo do usuário mas, de preferência, com perfil fluidodinâmico, para facilitar o deslocamento na água e que possui duas nadadeiras para possibilitar uma melhor e mais rápida locomoção.
