Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "CONJUNTO DE CUIDADOS PARA PASSAGEIROS DE LINHAS AÉREAS" . Descreve-se um conjunto 10) ou bolsa de documentos oferecidos a um passageiro de linha aérea que sofreu algum atraso de vôo ou outro tipo inconveniência. O conjunto inclui um folha de instruções (10) para utilização pelo agente de atendimento a passageiros. Esta folha é então removida e retida para os registros da linha área e o restante é oferecido ao passageiro. O passageiro recebe um cartão telefônico complementar, um cupom de amenidades e um cartão de comentários (34), unidos de forma escalonada para rápido acesso. Caso desejado, o conjunto inclui ainda um certificado de desconto para passagens (156).
