Compreendendo um conjunto de painéis (a) tendo um formato e tamanho proporcional ao das janelas (v) de veículos sobre trilhos (f), ditos painéis sendo arranjados em um ambiente de semi-escuridão e alinhados paralelamente à via férrea (20) da qual estão afastados entre 0,5 e 13 metros, cada qual contendo uma área luminosa (2) mostrando uma mensagem publicitária completa (3),repetida ou seriada nos diferentes painéis (3) enfileirados, ditas publicidades podendo ser visualizadas qualquer que seja o sentido de movimento do veículo sobre trilhos.
