Abstract
"SISTEMA MÓVEL DE RADIOTELECOMUNICAÇÕES COM TRANSFERÊNCIA PERMANENTE MELHORADA" No UMTS, a transferência de uma unidade móvel de um RNC 52 de serviço para um RNC 54 de destino é conseguida enviando um sinal de comando de transferência diretamente para o SRNC 52 através de um enlace Iur (50). O enlace pode ser preexistente ou o TRNC pode enviar uma solicitação e um protocolo para estabelecer um enlace. A rede de núcleo não está mais envolvida e uma economia considerável de tempo é alcançada.
