Patente de Invenção: "PREVENÇÃO DE PEGAJOSIDADE DE CONFEITOS DE ALTA EBULIÇÃO" . Um confeito revestido de alta ebulição caracterizado em que o revestimento compreende uma gordura sólida tendo um ponto de fusão de 25ºC a 65ºC, preferivelmente de 30ºC a 40ºC e um método de revestimento de um confeito de alta ebulição que compreende aplicar o revestimento na forma derretida na superfície do confeito de alta ebulição e esfriar para solidificar o revestimento.
