Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE ANTÍGENO RECOMBINANTE PARA IMUNODIAGNÓSTICO DE HIDATIDOSE". Onde o antígeno recombinante AgB/2 de Echinococcus granulosus foi produzido em Escherichia coli por meio de técnicas de DNA recobinate. A seqüência de nucleotídeos que codifica esta proteína foi clonada em um vetor de expressão da série pGEX. O uso deste antígeno para imunodiagnóstico da hidatidose unilocular resultou em significativa sensibilidade (83,87%) e especificidade (98,28%), quando se utilizou o método de ELISA par detecção de anticorpos específicos no soro de pacientes com parasitose.
