Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXÍVEL. Um processo para fabricação de espuma de poliuretano no qual um poliisocianato é reagido com um poliol na presença de um catalizador de uretano, um agente de sopramento, opcionalmente um estabilizador celular surfactante de silicone, e um aditivo abridor de célula. O aditivo abridor de célula compreende um composto de metileno ou metina ativo que também contém uma amina terciária. Os aditivos abridores de célula preferidos são 2-ciano-N-[3-(dimetilamino)propil]acetamida e (NC)CH~ 2~C(O)OCH~ 2~CH~ 2~N(CH~ 3~)CH~ 2~CH~ 2~OCH~ 2~CH~ 2~N(CH~ 3~)~ 2~.
