Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". Composição farmacêutica para obter uma resposta imune a um antígeno de patógeno não entérico (NEPA) como antígeno de superfície de hepatite B (HBsAg) alimentando o antígeno, em um material de planta, a um animal que é imuno-receptivo a NEPA. Foi agora verificado que o animal pode ser tornado imuno-receptivo a NEPA como HBsAg por administração do material de planta contendo NEPA em conjunto com um adjuvante apropriado. O material de planta é uma substância compreendendo um material de planta fisiologicamente aceitável, especialmente batatas, contendo NEPA, por exemplo antígeno de superfície de hepatite B (HBsAg). A NEPA, por exemplo HBsAg na planta, resulta da expressão, pela planta, de NEPA devido a alteração genética.
