Este protetor se basea no formato de um sino feito de tecido ou plástico impermeável que na parte superior tem uma abertura para o rosto, e na parte inferior/ no contorno possui uma câmara pneumática que soprando por um tubinho com a boca ela enche de ar abrindo o protetor de uso pessoal como mostra a figura n (1), dando proteção tota da chuva.
