Abstract
"ISOLADOR DE SUPORTE APERFEIÇOADO" Uma combinação de labirinto e conjunto de vedação por contato para vedar em torno de um eixo rotativo (10). O conjunto inclui um elemento de rotor (13) possuindo uma extensão (13a) que cobre uma parte axial substancial do eixo (10) contra a qual a vedação de contato inserida no estator (14) gira. O inserto de vedação (21) no estator (14) é capaz de ser substituído à medida em que o material de vedação se desgasta. A superfície externa da manga de rotor ou alongamento axial (13a) do rotor (13) possui perfis tipo disco, circulares, paralelos e precisamente contornados na superfície de manga contra a qual o inserto de vedação (21) entra em contato.
