Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SEQÜÊNCIAS DE NUCLEOTÍDEO QUE CODIFICAM PARA O GENE thrE E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO ENZIMÁTICA DE L-TREONINA USANDO BACTÉRIAS CORINEFORMA" . A invenção refere-se a DNA preferivelmente recombinante derivado de corynebacterium e que pode ser replicado em microorganismos corineforma, que contêm pelo menos uma seqüência de nucleotídeo que codifica para o gene thrE, e um processo para a produção de L-treonina, que é caracterizado pelo fato de que são realizadas as seguintes etapas: a) Fermentação de microorganismos em que pelo menos o gene thrE é amplificado (superexpresso) opcionalmente em combinação com outros genes, b) Enriquecimento da L-treonina no meio ou das células dos microorganismos, e c) Isolamento da L-treonina.
