Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO EM SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSÃO DE PINHÃO, CORRENTE E COROA LUBRIFICADO". Compreendido por, uma flange (1) que tem em seu interior um depósito de óleo lubrificante (9) hermeticamente fechado e que, pelo orifício (10), regulado pelo parafuso cônico (11) libera o óleo pela ação da força centrífuga do movimento de rotação que esta flange (1) terá ao movimento do sistema : Este óleo se deslocará também pela ação de força centrífuga até a extremidade dos dentes da coroa (23) e lubrificará a corrente (22) que levará o óleo também até o pinhão (21) este óleo se desprenderá ao excesso e ficará alojado na calha (19) pelo material de absorção (20):O sistema de fixação da flange (1) ao eixo (8) se da pela ação de cones contrapostos sem chaveta e de alta compressão.
