(o suficiente para gerar a massa); e Conservante: ácido ascórbico; o processo de fabricação compreende em colocar o fubá e todos os demais ingredientes em um misturador, levando-o ao cozimento em temperatura que varia entre 200 a 250 C, durante pelo menos 30 min.
