Abstract

Patente de Inveção: "TRAJETÓRIA DE FLUXO BLISK PARA COMPRESSOR DE TENSÃO REDUZIDA" . Uma estrutura de rotor de motor de turbina a gás, incluindo um rotor (12) apresentando uma borda radialmente externa (18) com uma superfície externa (204), configurada a fim de reduzir a concentração de tensões de circunferência na borda entre cada pá (24) e a borda. Adicionalmente, o formato da superfície externa direciona o fluxo de ar para longe de uma interface entre a pá e a borda, para reduzir as perdas de desempenho aerodinâmico entre borda e pás. Segundo um exemplo de forma de apresentação, a superfície externa da borda apresenta um formato côncavo (210) entre pás adjacentes, com os ápices localizados nas interfaces entre as pás e a borda.
