A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação fermentativa de L-aminoácidos mediante uso de bactérias corineformes, onde a subunidade que transporta o domínio protéico de veículo biotina-carboxila e o domínio biotina-carboxilase da seqüência de nucleotídeos que codifica a enzima acetil-CoA carboxilase (gene accBC) é amplificada, em particular é superexpressa.
