Abstract
"PROCESSO APERFEIÇOADO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM 1,1,1-TRIFLUORO-2-AMINOALCANO". Um processo aperfeiçoado para a preparação de um 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-aminoalcano de fórmula I em que R¹ representa um grupo alquila opcionalmente substituído; que compreende a hidrogenação da oxima correspondente de fórmula II em que R¹ tem o significado fornecido acima e a linha ondulante indica que o grupo hidroxi pode estar na posição (E)- ou (Z)- em relação ao grupo trifluorometila, na presença de níquel Raney e de um diluente; o aperfeiçoamento que consiste no fato de que a reação é realizada em um diluente selecionado entre um alcanol, um éter cíclico e um hidrocarboneto aromático.
