O dispositivo de acordo com a invenção compreendendo uma armação (4) que se desloca ao longo de um tripé (5); um suporte (7) montado pivotante ao redor de um eixo vertical (8) sobre a armação (4); um carrinho (9) que se desloca sobre o suporte (7), perpendicularmente ao eixo de pivotamento (8); um tubo (11) suspenso de maneira móvel ao carrinho (9) e destinado a vir em apoio à válvula (2); os meios de orientação (12) destinados a vir em contato com a superfície lateral da válvula (2) do recipiente (1) a fim de fazer pivotar o suporte (7) até que a passagem disposta no tubo (11) seja alinhada com a válvula (2); e uma cabeça de ferramenta (13) montada sobre o carrinho (9), e destinada a penetrar na passagem para realizar a operação pré-determinada.
