Patente de Invenção: "EMBALAGEM COMPREENDENDO UM RECIPIENTE E UMA BEBIDA PRONTA PARA BEBER'' . A presente invenção refere-se a uma embalagem compreendendo um recipiente e, colocado dentro do dito recipiente, uma bebida de longa validade e sobre pressão, na qual a bebida é uma bebida baseada em leite contendo entre 0,5 e 5 g/l de óxido nitroso ou de dióxido de carbono em que o recipiente tem um espaço superior de 9 a 15%, relativo ao volume total do dito recipiente, o dito espaço sendo saturado com nitrogênio a fim de ter uma pressão relativa entre 1,5 e 4 bar.
