"SISTEMA DE TAMPA HIGIÊNICA COM LACRE INVIOLÁVEL PARA LATAS DE BEBIDAS". Compreendido basicamente por uma "tampa copo" rígida e higiênica (1) com formato circular, adequado aos moldes da lata (2), principalmente nos detalhes das extremidades das bordas das latas (3); um lacre inviolável rígido (4) dotado de um fecho inviolável (5) ou confeccionado em matedal termo-incolhível; O lacre inviolável (4) poderá cobrir áreas maiores ou menores da lata. Tem a tampa higiênica, além da finalidade de um recipiente para acondicionar o líquido da lata, a função de proteger a parte superior da lata onde encontra-se a tampa, área em que ocorre maior concentração de impurezas e microorganismos, principalmente junto às bordas, a qual tem contato direto com o líquido e com a boca do usuário.
